Submit a Maintenance Ticket
Please use the Maintenance Ticket System for facility maintenance items only. Please do not submit request for non-maintenance items, such as moving furniture, hanging items, repairing tenant personal property, tenant janitorial items, and space improvement items that have not been discussed and approved between Landlord and Tenant.
If you require immediate assistance or have not received a response on a submitted ticket, please call (402) 306-8888. You will be connected to the associate on duty.
Request a Parking Sticker
Parking stickers will have your office suite number on them and should be displayed from the bottom left hand corner of the back window of the vehicle.
Update Primary Tenant Contact Person
This is the person for your office that should receive facility related emails from the Landlord.
