Please submit your request for a new parking decal using the form provided. Be sure to indicate how many decals are needed. You do not need to provide any vehicle information, just the number of parking decals needed. All parking decals will be delivered by Omni Centre security directly to the tenant office and must be received by the individual who submitted the request.
